years ago with both the partners having a vision to construct
& build not only a brick house, but a home where architecture,
concept, state-of-the-art security & peace-of-mind as the core
elements. HYC is a new generation property developer
managed by a team of dedicated, experienced and qualified
personnel that are fully committed to the success of the
company.
Our ability to mobilize a large number of skilled tradesmen
well experienced at their own individual quality, towards
formation of a strong synergy is what that makes the whole
team even stronger. This formation ensures that we embark on
more challenging projects to dominate ourself as one of the
players in the development industry.

investments. Our goal is to build good quality high-end
